President, International Marketing and Distribution
As President, International Marketing and Distribution, Nic Crawley is responsible for the design, development and implementation of all international sales, distribution, marketing and advertising strategies for Paramount Pictures’ international theatrical releases.
Previously, he served as President, International Marketing, where he worked with other Paramount executives to design, develop and establish marketing strategies, policies and procedures which guided marketing operations for Paramount films around the world. He oversaw the monitoring of marketing resources, set budgets, negotiated marketing agreements, and ensured that the marketing activities were aligned with corporate financial objectives.
Crawley spearheaded the international marketing efforts on many of Paramount’s most popular franchises, including for films in the “TRANSFORMERS,” "MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE,” "STAR TREK,” "TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES,” and “G.I. JOE” series. He has overseen many successful overseas campaigns, including for “XXX: RETURN OF XANDER CAGE,” “JACK REACHER,” “THE BIG SHORT,” “THE SPONGEBOB MOVIE: SPONGE OUT OF WATER," “WORLD WAR Z,” “NEBRASKA,” and “NOAH”.
He began his career with Paramount in December 2011. Before that, he worked at The Walt Disney Company since 1994, eventually serving as Senior Vice President, International Marketing, Walt Disney Motion Pictures.
